Bartlett came to the rescue for me and my renters. The AC stopped cooling in April and they came out within 6 hours of talking to me to ultimately add additional coolant to the 17yr old unit in my hope it would get through another summer. Well, a month later it stopped cooling again while the house was up for sale. Even though all of the techs were booked, Travis still came out and got relief for my tenants on the same day they talked to me. Scheduling the replacement was simple, the guys showed up on time, had everything they needed, took care to cover the flooring, were courteous, and cleaned up everything when they were done ahead of schedule.
