The person that answered the phone and scheduled my appointment to Josh, who came out to repair the unit, the service was fantastic. I was able to get a next day appointment and Josh was actually able to make it to my house early. he was very thorough about diagnosing the problem and double checked multiple options, to ensure we were only doing what was needed to fix the unit. He had all of the items needed for repair on his truck and was able to fix the issue very quickly!

Joshua came for our spring AC maintenance appointment . This was not our first service appointment with Joshua since he had come by previously for other issues . He is very knowledgeable, thorough and knows his craft. He explains things very well and is very honest in regards to the necessity of the work to be done . I would definitely recommend him and Bartlett time and time again .
