We were very impressed with Rony and his partner. I was surprised how quickly the installation went. They were organized and very efficient. The cost for replacing the unit was high, but I guess there's not much anyone can do about that. We had to reschedule because of a freak thunderstorm right when they were going to start work, but Karen was very flexible and got us a new date. Big thanks to everyone at Bartlett for a job well done.

I recently replaced my 20 year old AC. The Bartlett installers Josh and Trey did an excellent job with the install. They were professional and courteous from start to finish. Josh went the extra mile explaining my new system and thermostat and Trey did an excellent job with the outdoor unit. These guys set the bar really high for customer service.

Very thorough inspection of our heating systems

New to the area last spring and used Nextdoor to find a recommended HVAC service to help with issues I was having cooling my newly purchased townhome. Bartlett came up and after speaking with their super kind front office person, Josh was soon to arrive, inspect, troubleshoot, and resolve my HVAC problem. He was clean and friendly, very knowledgeable, systematic in figuring out the issue, and presented clear options on what I could and should do to resolve it. Signing up for their service plan (which I wanted to set up regardless) gave me some nice discounts on the repair. Fast forward to today when I was scheduled for my winter service, half expecting them to be running late due to all the frigid temps and emergency calls they were doing all weekend, Josh returned, was on time, and reflected the same quality service I experienced earlier in the year. I am VERY pleased with Bartlett H&C and grateful for the recommendation that pointed me to them last year. Without hesitation, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for H&C service needs.
