Terence -- Technician

I moved into this home 3 years ago, and battled with an older HVAC, i feel safe having maintenance with Barlett as issues can arise unexpectedly, and they always are able to get me on the schedule. Terence is reliable and always honest with every visit.

Arrived in time window scheduled. Assessed and explained problem with flue/vent for gas water heater and HVAC in the attic. Performed semi-annual maintenance on new Carrier HVAC system installed last year. Scheduled appointment to make repairs to flue/vent for following day.
