Terence -- Technician

This was Terrance second or third time coming out to service our HVAC system. He is always fast at diagnosing issues and fast with repair. We’ve been using Bartlett since we purchased this house and recommend them for any service HVAC related!

Terence was awesome! He serviced all of my heating and cooling systems, heat as well as AC. He explained everything he did in detail, made suggestions, and even swept my attic from recent roof repair that left dust and debris. What!! I am sooooo thankful as I cannot go up those stairs!!
