Bo -- Technician

Bo is always patient and walks through what he completed and what might need to be completed in an upcoming visit. He also goes above and beyond making sure vents are clean.

Bo is always fantastic. He is on-time, professional and friendly and extremely knowledgeable. If there is a problem he explains in an easy to understand way and offers solutions. So glad we chose Bartlett.

Every year I trust Bartlett for all my heating and air conditioning needs and Bo is a primary reason I continue to use Bartlett. I had 2 new AC units installed this summer based in Bo’s recommendation and, as expected, the Bartlett team was great to work with.

Great service, very detailed

Bo came to my home last week to service my AC system. Right from our initial handshake and conversation I could see that he is a fine young man and a true gentleman. As he worked I had several questions and he took the time to explain details and provide professional insights. This man obviously knows exactly what he is doing and was glad to share his knowledge with me. He told me he would be my service tech on all future calls and that gave me a great feeling knowing my new HVAC system is in such competent hands. Speaking as a senior citizen, having Bartlett, with its top notch folks, great products and customer service in my corner means the world to me.

He really explained our system and gave us recommendations to make sure our system was performing at its best! He noticed we didn’t have a drain pan under the unit so explained an option to protect our equipment and home. Bo took the time to help us set up the app for the Ecobee thermostat and explained about the sensor and how it all works.
