Bo -- Technician

Very pleased with my change to Bartlett last year. Holly usually answers the phone. I'm old school and can still recall that you always knew the person who was going to come to your home to help you out when you had a problem. Bo was great in describing what he was going to do, what he did, why and what it would cost. And he knew what he was doing. Being a retired engineer from the energy field, I knew what I should be hearing from him. I will recommend Bartlett if anyone needs this service.

We’ve been with Bartlett for a couple years now for both maintenance & repairs, they are easily the best company we’ve used. Our tech is Bo, he’s awesome, fully recommend. They know what they’re doing, are honest in recommending anything that needs attention or repair along with options, pricing is fair, scheduling is easy (hi Holly!), and everyone’s been super friendly to boot. We have the maintenance agreement & it’s a good deal, esp with the discount we got for a minor repair. Recommend Bartlett & Bo regularly.

We had used another AC group previously and I cannot say how much better our experience has been with Bo. Bo diagnosed the initial issue and provided a list of options depending on our budget and concerns. He is extremely conscientious and great to work with. I really trust his advice. It is hard to find people like Bo. My husband runs a business and I know what an asset it is to have someone like Bo on your team. He treats the business with the same care I would imagine the owner does.

Bo is very professional, thoughtful, and willing to explain the maintenance process he is working on at the time. Bo is always welcome at our home.

Bo set up our new thermostat and explained every detail on how to operate it with the Carrier app. We are very pleased with the new options and overall functionality of both the thermostat and app. We always appreciate Bo and his excellent customer service. I'm amazed at the knowledge and experience that Bo brought. First of all, we thought we might have to wait until the next day to be rescued from our furnace outage, but Bo arrived about an hour after I called (at 4:30 pm). The house was freezing and I thought we would have to find another place to stay for the night. Bo got us up and working in 30 minutes and recommended further work that was needed, but he at least fixed it so that we could sleep in our own beds that night. Bo took care of us. Thank you Bo!

ATL heat index was 110. Our downstairs machine went out around 4p. MaryBeth coordinated a after hours visit, and Bo quickly assessed it was a capacitor issue, and replaced it by 6p. Exceeding our expectations on a hot day! 🙏🏽
